Rabbi Shloima Isaacson -
Kashrus Coordinator and President of the KOA lives in Passaic New
Jersey, and is the Rav of K’hal Bais Dovid. He has served in
the realm of Kashrus for the past 37 years, with positions in the
Vaad Hoeir of St. Louis, the Kof-K in the Midwest, and Rabbinical
Field Supervisor for the KOF-K. He is the bearer of several
Semichos from prominent Rabbanim including Rabbi Ephraim Yollis of
Philadelphia zt’’l, Rabbi Eliezer Levin of Detroit zt’’l, and
the Tenker Rav- Rav Shloima Zalman Friedman zt’’l.

Rabbi Aaron Pessin is KOA’s
Kashrus Possek for the past seven years; he serves as Rosh Kollel of
Keren Shlomo in Brooklyn New York. He is a member of the Staten
Island Bais Din and a Magid Shiur for the community for the last
twenty eight years. He began his studies in “Yaakov Yosef”
elementary and high school, continued in the famous Mir Yeshiva
under Harav Shmuel Brudny zt’’l, and Rosh Hayeshiva Shmuel
Berenbaum.In Israel he attended Yeshiva Tifereth Yerushalyim. Rabbi
Aaron Pessin is one of the few that received a S’micha from Hagaon
Rav Moshe Feinstein zt’’l. He writes various Halacha articles for a
number of Torah publications, and authored a book “Hilchos Shabbos”.

Rabbi Chaim Shulem Isaacson,
Rav of Khal Bais Shloime in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, is the
executive director of K.O.A. Rabbi Isaacson initiated the Orthodox
Association for the Observance of Kashrus a kiruv organization with
its primary goal of re-awakening the importance of Kashrus to people
who were not yet observant. This project caused a greater demand for
kosher, thus the KOA. |
